d).. Student Enrolment Policy: What is the whole marketing approach and recruitment process that an institution adapts to attract new students?
e).. Admission Fee Schedules: How are the admission fees collected and what is the wording of the legal commitment, expectations, and understandings that both the student and institution have of each other?
f).. Student Services: How is the institution set up to handle student grievances, dress codes, attendance rules, and overall student support and counselling?
g).. Business Model: How does an institution measures up to professional industry standards and its own commitments to each and every student's welfare?
h).. Non-discrimination Policy: Does the institution admit students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin, religion, or gender? Are the rights, privileges, programs, and activities accorded to all students on an equal person-to-person basis? Is the institution an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer?
i).. Dismissal Policy: How does the institution handle a student's dismissal from a particular program or from the institution itself. When a student is dismissed from a particular program of study, what are the procedures for readmission?
j).. Student Privacy Policy: How does the institution handle a student's confidential records? What safeguards are in place to assure that the students' records are kept both confidential and secure?
k).. Admission Requirements: What guidelines does the institution follow to determine whether to accept or reject a student's enrollment application?
l).. Tuition Refund Policy: What is the institution's refund policy?
m).. Student Career Opportunities: How does an institution determine what future career advancement possibilities exist (if any), for a given field of study that a student is enrolled in?
When a student is told that there are "numerous" opportunities for career advancement in a particular field of study, how reliable is this information and how does the institution arrive at their conclusions?
n).. Faculty Members: What are the academic credentials of the institution's faculty members?
o).. Reputation of the Institution: Is the institution in good standing with the local, regional, and State governmental bodies of that institution's home county, and are there any legal proceedings lodged against the institution for any impropriety?
p).. Online Degree Programs: What online programs are available to the students in their respective fields of study and what degree categories (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) are offered for these said programs?
q).. Degrees Requirements: What degree titles are being offered and in what fields of study are they being offered in? What are the minimum requirements a student needs to meet to receive their degree in each of the respective different degree categories?
